Service Description

Spend a weekend with me learning how to make mouth-watering pies in private, setting your own pace, with me, a Celiac warrior! We will recreate the classics, dive into some GF substitutes, and, if time permits, do some fancy creative work that will impress all the GF skeptics you know and must love. I'll send you home with recipes, tips, sourcing, and the knowledge that Celiac safe is more than manageable; it can be a wonderful new learning experience opening a path to a healthier whole organic food experience, hopefully inspiring you to become more aware of your food, where and whom it comes from, and how and where it's processed. Your weekend will include the following; Two days 1-night stay Private room w/ ensuite bath One light breakfast Two lunches Two dinners Recipes Besides your delicious pies, you'll go home with a list of tips, facts, sourcing, and of course recipes! We will begin with Piecrust (flakey buttery, cookie, nut, alternative vegan, raw); then, depending on your taste and our pre-approved (seasonal) lesson plan, we will create delectable custard (think pumpkin) fillings, yummy fresh fruit, and cobbler fillings, and wonderful meringues! Through it all, we will laugh a little, cry a little, learn a lot, and eat really well. I look forward to sharing my kitchen with you!
