2-nights 3-days Book Course < Back About the Course Let's Make GF Bread Seeded Breads, Sandwich Breads, Quick Breads, Artisan Breads All classes are private, allowing lessons to be tailored to your needs. We will work together before your session to create a menu that suits your dietary and personal tastes. I am a Celiac and have a Celiac-Safe kitchen (no cross-contamination); I can adjust many recipes to accommodate most dietary needs except nut allergies (cross-contamination).
