Hello there! Welcome to Oh, Savoureux! I'm so grateful to have you here. I can't wait to share with you my passion for baking and creating delicious treats that are safe for those with Celiac Disease.
When I was diagnosed back in 2008, it was an ah-ha moment for me. It opened up a whole new world of food that I had been missing out on for years. And ever since then, I've been on a mission to create decadent, tasty goodies that are safe for everyone to enjoy.
Baking has always been a joy for me, even though it hasn't always been easy. But with Oh, Savoureux, I'm here to make it easier for you. I know that baking gluten-free can be tough, and that's why I use only the best ingredients, sourced from Celiac-safe farms that are organic and seasonal.
And don't worry about cross-contamination - I take care of that too! I never use chemical dyes or artificial flavorings or sugars, and all my treats are vegan-friendly.
