I can't wait to share with you my passion for baking and creating delicious treats that are safe for those with Celiac Disease. When I was diagnosed back in 2008, it was an ah-ha moment for me. Pre-planning will be crucial to time management, so communication is essential 30 days before your start date. We will need to agree on a menu, and I will need to shop and order the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth and productive experience for you.

Of course, there is always the chance that you want to start over and create your own new holiday traditions exploring new flavors, cultures, and tastes; I love that! Together we will create a stupendous GF Holiday meal! We'll begin with a yummy breakfast, move on to a magical brunch, and create a scrumptious four-course dinner, including a pre-dinner cocktail and hor devours, culminating in a signature show stopping dessert! Be warned; everyone will be plotting for an invite! Bon Appétit
