I can't wait to share with you my passion for baking and creating delicious treats that are safe for those with Celiac Disease. When I was diagnosed back in 2008, it was an ah-ha moment for me. It opened up a whole new world of food that I had been missing out on for years. And ever since then, I've been on a mission to create decadent, tasty goodies that are safe for everyone to enjoy.
