Nagoya Plate Nippon SNB A Charming Snow Capped Mountain
The Nippon SNB mark on the back tells us that the Nagoya Seito Sho company manufactured this between 1891 and 1921, a wonderful find for Nagoya collectors. This plate is in excellent condition, featuring a charming mountain scene, an exquisite gold beaded border with stylized pheasant done in pink, blue, green, and burgundy, a green vine runs throughout with pink flowers centered with tiny pink crystals, the whole effect is quite lovely. If you know a collector, I'm sure this will make a thoughtful gift.
